- Download and print the Rules and Regulations Form
- Download and print the Student Information Form
- Complete both forms
- Make $225 check payable to Batavia Covenant Church (put parking on the memo line)
- Mail both forms and check to: (Must be received by May 9, 2008)

- Confirm that you sent us forms and payment by sending us an email to parking@bataviacovenant.com. (This will ensure it did not get lost in the mail.)
- Within two weeks, you will receive a confirmation email, which will be your receipt and proof of purchase.
- If you require a new sticker, please let us know.
- If you have any questions or problems, please email us.
- All renewal forms must be received at BCC by May 9, 2008 or you risk having your spot added to the lottery. Sending us the email will prevent any "lost in the mail" problems.
